Group status
Group status - is an attribute of the state group, wherein(which in) it can be remain. Depends of group status it changes its behavior and visibility, thats why it must be taken very carefully.
Listed below are all possible states of the group and their descriptions:
1) Inactive - in this state the group is in sight only to the author and his group of assistants(tutor) who were invited to the group.
2) Student enrollment - in this state the group going to catalog group, where it can see and submit queries on groups of potential students.
3) Active - in this state the group on stage of learning and testing. The composition of the group and the training plan already defined.
4) Suspend - in this state the group is blocked and access is temporarily closed for students. To set state to "Suspend" you must specify suspension reason, that students group will be able to read.
5) Finished - in this state the group finished its substantive work. There is a final count of results and issuing certificates (if provided). Students in this group can still see the results, but may not take part in testing.
6) Closed - in this state the group is sent to archive, which is stored permamently. Access to it has limited (the results can't be changed and some of attributes of group). Students do not have access to closed groups.
Change group status
Changing group status, in some cases, entail irreversible consequences. Below is table of possible transitions from one state to another
